Stewart Bromley

You would be hard pressed to find someone more qualified to lead on digitally focused customer and employee transformation.

​

Stewart has held progressively senior leadership roles in automotive, telecommunications and financial services, helping to shape today’s digital landscape.

​

He joined Atom Bank at its inception in 2014 holding the roles of COO and CTO as they built a mobile only, self-service bank from scratch.

 

Stewart is looking to utilise his rare blend of technical, people and coaching skills, to challenge norms and to broaden people’s perspectives through the FRB.

Carl Lyon

Behind every good, stimulating debate is an expert facilitator. Someone who is well versed in the topic, understands trends and challenges, and knows what questions to ask.

 

Carl has years of experience in doing just this. One of the founders of The QoE, he has 20+ years in exploring customer, employee and digital experience with over 200 companies benefiting from his lively discussions. 

 

From a background in engineering, Carl migrated to people-focused roles, tech sales, and determining customer needs through customer insights.

 

He is an experienced executive coach, looking forward to doing what he does best, leveraging his wealth of experience to help the FRB   stimulate ideas that lead to more effective

and inclusive workplaces.

Maria McCann

An early adopter in online customer experience, Maria has worked with a range of digital brands, building their customer strategies and operations from scratch.

 

Maria’s 20+ years working with teams and clients from a range of countries and cultures has given her a view on how businesses are approaching the challenge of creating diverse and inclusive customer and people propositions.

 

Maria also has a keen interest in how technology and data can play a role in business responsibilities to all their stakeholders. She is looking forward to bringing her knowledge and passion for these subjects to aide collaborative learning within the FRB community.
